Refund policy

At Jessica Taft Fine Art, every artwork and print is carefully created, checked, and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jessicataft.com.au providing your order details and photographs of the issue.

Once we confirm the fault or damage, you will be offered either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

Where a return is required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

I use professional quality mediums; however all artworks are subjected to aging and you may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There are no returns for aging artwork.
